Scarborough Sixth Form College have developed a golf team  as a part of the Xfactor sport programme. The team have the chance to play in the British College Championship at the Fairmount Golf Complex at St Andrews, Scotland. They also play in the Yorks and Lincs College Golf Tour. Matches are played every month at various courses in the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire area. The team receive coaching every Wednesday evening. All aspects of their individual games are developed with drills and practice techniques designed to improve their performance on the course.
