Play Golf nights

From x, there will be the opportunity to bring your child to Snainton Golf Centre to play the golf course for 1.5 hours.
These sessions will be run by Andrew Allcock who has worked with Matthew for the last year, and has trained to become a PGA Level One Coach.

Andrew has passed all CRB checks and has child protection certificates. Andrew is a great golfer and is captain of the Scarborough Sixth Form College golf team.

With well over 100 hours of volunteer golf coaching and over 50 hours of community sports coaching for the college, Andrew has been drafted in to help your child complete their Passport levels.
He will be helped by two more Junior sports coaches, Tom Walker and Stacey Thomson.

They are very experienced Higher Sports Leaders as well as being good and keen golfers.

Matthew has seen big improvements in the techniques employed by the Juniors, and a lot are well on their way through the Passport levels. However, they do need more golf course experience and Tuesday nights would be a great way of doing this.

The nights will enable them to play the course, supervised by Andrew and the other Higher Sports Leaders who will take the children around the course.

Afterwards they will feed back individually to the children about their performances so I can complete their levels. Andrew has some great ideas, and is looking to organise little events on the nights with small prizes etc. These are not coaching sessions but complement the weekend coaching sessions.

There would be a cost of £4.00 for the evening, the same as a Junior 9 hole round, but as a member these nights would be free.

The Play Golf™ sessions will run every Tuesday night from 6-7.30pm and will run until x.

The sessions will not be running in School holidays. If you would like more information please contact Matthew on 01723 850014.
